Sweet Potato
Glazed Donut
Ingredients
- 1 cup Healthier Way Sweet Potato Pancake Mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF/ 190°C.
- Mix the Healthier Way Sweet Potato Pancake Mix, milk, eggs, banana and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a donut baking pan. Bake in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes until golden and well risen.
- Cool on a wire rack and then top with your favorite glaze.
