veggie noodles, frozen, organic

With five exciting varieties, there is a Veggie Noodle for practically any recipe, meal, or dish. Each Veggie Noodle can be roasted, pan sautéed, or used directly into a cold noodle dish (thawed first of course). Imagine the opportunities to put more healthy vegetables into your meals. And because we freeze our veggies right after we cut them from whole vegetables, the flavor and nutrients are locked in to ensure they are crisp, firm, tasty, and deliver a healthy eating experience.

We’ve compiled a few of our favorite recipes and you can link to them below. And if you like the Spicy Shrimp with Chili Sauce, but Zucchini Noodles are more your taste, please mix and match to your palate. If you’ve created recipes of your own and want to share them with us, we’d love to hear from you.

100% Organic Zucchini
Keep frozen until ready to use. To sauté, add frozen noodles directly to preheated nonstick skillet and cook on MED-HIGH heat. Stir occasionally and season to taste. Cook until softened (8-12 minutes). Zucchini is naturally high in water and will release water during cooking. Use a strainer to drain any excess water before serving. It’s that easy – enjoy!
In addition to pan sautéing, Zucchini noodles can be served cold, as in salads, or they can simply be tossed with your favorite vinaigrette and added to other fresh vegetables for a light, refreshing dish.
