Sweet Potato
Noodles

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 1 package Healthier Way Frozen Organic Sweet Potato Veggie Noodles (12 oz)
  • 2 TBSP vegetable/canola oil

Make spice mix:

  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ – ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Directions

  • Preheat Oven to 425 °F
  • Defrost and dry Sweet Potato Veggie Noodles
  • Drizzle vegetable/canola oil over the noodles and mix
  • Sprinkle spice mix over noodles and combine well
  • Roast 15 minutes, turning half way through
  • Serve as a tasty side dish
